Getting Started


Our Week Passes are 100% complimentary if you are new to StoneWay CrossFit and live within 10 miles radius of our location.

First things first-

1) Create an account and register for your FREE WEEK PASS.

2) Check your email.

3) Register for your first class

– If you are new to CrossFit only register for Basic Training Classes

– If you have more than 1 year experience register for All Level Classes

We know how hard it can be to find someplace to train while away from home. At SCF we are happy to be your home away from home!

As long as you are currently CrossFitting, you are welcome to work out in any of our regularly scheduled classes. You can check out our schedule HERE. Please call/email ahead to reserve a spot and be sure to show up early so you can fill out a waiver.

Your first day is FREE, and there will be a $25 drop in fee for any classes after that. If you are here for one week or more, please contact us find out about our extended training rates.
